Job description
- We are looking for a person responsible for supervising and organizing teamwork on the assembly and production floor.
- quality and efficiency control of performed work
- ongoing coordination of team tasks
- ensuring proper functioning of production stations
- setting up and operating simple machines (e.g., presses, assembly devices)
- reporting work results and cooperating with management
Requirements
- experience in production work, preferably as a supervisor or team leader
- ability to organize work and supervise others
- basic computer skills (MS Office package)
- ability to independently set up and start simple production machines
- responsibility, reliability and ability to work under time pressure
