Instructions for handling extension cords

WARNING! The following instructions and recommendations must be followed, as failure to do so may result in fire or death due to electric shock.

Actions before using the extension cord

An extension cord labeled "for domestic use" is intended for domestic use only and should only be used in dry rooms.

Before each use, check the technical condition of the extension cord – do not use damaged products.

Always check the maximum power consumption in watts (W) of the device you want to connect to the extension cord.

The power of the connected device must match the power rating specified on the extension cord.

Check the maximum permissible load of the extension cord.

Technical data - rated current and maximum permissible load can be found on the rating label located on the extension cord cable.

Do not connect devices whose total power consumption exceeds the permissible load of the extension cord.

Before connecting the extension cord, make sure the connected device is not turned on.

Do not remove or tamper with the grounding pins of the extension cord.

It is forbidden to attempt to open, modify or alter the extension cord independently.

For devices requiring grounding, only use grounded extension cords.

The extension cord should be used in dry rooms away from water containers.
